How do I get started?

Contact us when you have booked your wedding or event date and location. Your venue will be a huge factor in determining what vintage rentals will be right for you - and of course, the date is important so that we can make sure we’re available (along with all of your favorite unique pieces) for your special day. Our vintage rentals are also available for photo and styled shoots.

What is your rental period?

Our rental period is for 24 hours unless otherwise arranged. Items will usually be delivered the day of your event and collected on the same day unless otherwise agreed. Should you wish to rent our items for a longer period, please request a quote. We want you to be entirely happy with your rental, so orders can be, within reason, amended up to 14 days prior to your event. We will try to accommodate changes, but regrettably, these cannot always be guaranteed.

Minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order is $80.00, not inclusive of taxes, styling or delivery costs.

What are your delivery costs? 

We deliver within the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area and North GA. Delivery within Stone Mountain, GA is $40.00 total for pick up and drop off. Thereafter, the flat rate delivery fee up to 25 miles is $70.00 total for pick up and drop off. For deliveries outside of 25 miles, please contact us for a quote.  


Because of the fragile nature of our vintage and antique pieces, not all of them make good travel partners. For that reason, we do not allow clients to pick up or drop off rentals. This is to ensure that all of our items are transported safely and make it back to us in the condition that they left. Therefore, when ordering, please advise of the date and time of your event and on-site contact information.

What is your cancellation policy?​

Cancellations must be in writing and received at least two weeks before your event. Please submit your cancellation request to info@visionexpressions.com. In the highly unlikely event that Vision Expressions is unable to fulfill your booking, notification will be given immediately and a full refund of any payments will be made to you.


Is there a deposit?

We require a non-refundable 50% retainer along with a signed agreement to reserve rental items for your event date. 

​Do you provide styling services? 

Absolutely! In fact, we would love to be able to provide this service with every rental. Our team can help you create a beautiful design expressed through your vision; so once you have selected the date and location, we’ll begin talking about all of your ideas and inspirations and set up a time to meet so that you can see all of our timeless beauties and discuss your budget for this additional service.

In case you’re wondering what is styling? Styling is the set-up, putting together, and making everything look pretty and in place for your wedding, event, photo shoot or space. We’ll be the ones to put it all together for you so that everything is as beautiful and creative as styles you see in magazines.

What is your Damage Policy?

We require a credit card and drivers license on file for all orders upon the time of reservation. For any tabletop item that is not returned or are returned chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged, we charge five times the rental rate in order to replace the item. For any furniture, architectural pieces, decor, or other large items that are not returned or are returned damaged, we charge five times the rental rate in order to replace the item. If an item is able to be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item and any time the item is out of our inventory.

Acceptable payment methods?

You may pay by credit/debit card, cash or PayPal® at this time.
 

Have I forgotten anything?

Items supplied at all times remain the property of Vision Expressions, LLC. The renter is responsible for the items from the time they are delivered by us and only ends when the items have been collected by us and found to be in the condition that they were in when they left. Your responsibility includes safekeeping and protection of the items in your care. 

Our china rentals will be provided in vintage condition (pre-used), cleanly wrapped and packed carefully in crates. Vision Expressions, LLC shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the items while they are in the care of the renter, however caused.

It should be arranged with your venue or caterer that after the event, all china should be rinsed and free of food debris and grease in warm water. Please do NOT put our items in a microwave, dishwasher or oven, as vintage china is delicate and the beautiful prints and gilt on the edges are easily removed at high water temperatures or by using present day technology.
